Energy Search Collective were asked to carry out a search for a new Structured Contracts Manager on behalf of a UK focused renewable energy supply company. The business required expertise in the niche “market access” industry, where larger supply companies, provide wholesale market access, and sell gas and power to smaller start-up’s or mid-size retail energy supply companies.

We carried out a forensic search for the position, mapping out the companies in the UK who supplied this service, and brought the process to the final stage with two candidates. One was hired as the Structured Contracts Manager and has subsequently been promoted twice inside the company. The second candidate was then hired as the new Head of SME Sales, and given responsibility to develop the company’s brand new SME sales division.
