Energy Search Collective were given an exclusive mandate to help a renewable energy supply company hire their first Head of Commercial Structuring. The role was responsible for a team focused on structuring large complex deals across I&C supply, renewable generators (PPAs), flexible asset optimisation and trading contracts.
After a detailed headhunting process, Energy Search Collective identified six candidates who were interviewed at first stage, before being reduced to three for the final round of the process. Our client hired their first Head of Commercial Structuring from a big six supply and competitor company, and also hired another candidate who made it to the final stage of the process, bringing them into the business to start up their Direct energy sales activity across the UK.
