The client sought a replacement for an outgoing senior Risk professional, but also to upgrade the role to be part of the Group Executive Committee, overseeing all Risk matters (market, credit and regulatory) across three subsidiaries on three separate continents.

The role was tasked with establishing a central, company-wide risk framework for all companies across the Group. Beginning with the overhaul of the UK risk department, with a medium-term plan to rollout to North America and Oceania.
