Energy Search Collective were approached by the Executive Director of an EPC, developing solar projects worldwide. We were tasked to find two Project Developers who were experienced developing projects across the African continent and were fluent French speakers.
This search began at the beginning of the pandemic, and due to the geographical focus of the positions, it required ESC to approach individuals throughout multiple Geographies which involved relocation.
ESC identified a handful of talented professionals, which through the interview process resulted in the placement of two female project developers, with a fluency in French and local market knowledge of the Sub-Saharan Solar space.
