CSO – Global, working on behalf of one of the most innovative home energy storage providers, Energy Search Collective were tasked to scour the globe for an individual to replace a former MD and shareholder within a series C funded battery technology business.
Energy Search Collective carried out due diligence and thorough interviewing processes over an eventual longlist of almost 100 candidates who could develop the global sales strategy for a home energy storage manufacturer. This search required an individual who had the charisma to be the face of a hugely innovative organisation whilst also satisfying the lofty ambitions of the customer.
