A combined Private/Government owned IPP engaged Energy Search Collective to help them scale up their utility-scale renewable power generation activity in Sub-Saharan Africa. We were tasked with finding a team of junior and senior engineers for the business to be based in London.
Following thorough research conducted by ESC, proactively engaging with candidates from other developers, consultancies, and competitors. ESC identified twelve suitable candidates, which, through the interview process resulted in our client hiring 2 senior engineers and 1 junior engineer.
